At the core of BNZ’s mission is a commitment to excellent environmental management, which includes minimizing the use of water, electricity, and other natural resources in our operations to prevent waste and promote reduction, reuse, and recycling whenever possible.

We also care about where we, and our partners, source the products from and how they are made, so we keep track of our suppliers to make sure they meet our environmental, social and ethical standards.

We emphasize relationships with local communities. Our experience also helps us develop our projects more efficiently. At BNZ, we carefully select land to respect local historical heritage, environmental regulations, and legislation. Additionally, we are actively exploring ways to go beyond traditional social responsibility frameworks, prioritizing social initiatives and contributing to sustainable growth and . well-being. Health and safety

At BNZ, health protection and safety are fundamental to our business strategy. We aim for a zero-incident environment with a “safety first” philosophy, compliant with standards. In order to guarantee that the health and safety of our workers in the workplace is supervised and not left to chance, we count with a dedicated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policy which helps to check our key initiatives include strict management of working conditions, comprehensive training in health, safety, and environmental practices, and fostering a preventive culture throughout the organization. Our safety compliance also extends to contractors and subcontractors through specific health and safety clauses in all contracts. We appoint a safety coordinator for each project to oversee and ensure adherence to safety standards.
