Ventura, situated in Lucainena (Almería), is one of four solar power projects we are progressing in this province, together with Almahilla Solar, Terrera Solar, and Hornosol, adding up to a total installed capacity of 182 MWp. Ventura Solar is expected to be operational by late 2025, playing a crucial role in the combined effort to prevent 96,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year across all four plants.
Throughout its construction and operational life, this plant will foster local employment and contribute positively to the regional economy. It also reinforces our growing portfolio in Spain, where we oversee nine renewable energy assets, and advances our plan to deploy 600 MWp nationwide and exceed 1.7 GW of renewable energy capacity in Southern Europe by 2026.
