L&#8217;habilitat de resoldre asimetries tan comunes com la relaci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;oferta i la demanda o conjugar innovaci\u00f3 i regulaci\u00f3, s&#8217;han convertit en factors decisius per a assegurar el creixement sostenible d&#8217;ind\u00fastries capdavanteres o empreses que han explotat el seu potencial sobtadament.<\/p>\n<p>El sector de les energies renovables es troba immers en un per\u00edode de creixement accelerat on la gran necessitat de professionals en tota la cadena de valor s&#8217;ha posat de manifest de manera expl\u00edcita. Europa s&#8217;ha embarcat en els \u00faltims anys en un desplegament massiu de noves plantes de renovables per a avan\u00e7ar cap a una transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica renovable amb l&#8217;acceleraci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria que permeti aconseguir els objectius marcats a 2030, incloent-hi noves tecnologies que requeriran tant el reciclatge dels actuals professionals experimentats que porten dedicant-se anys a aquesta ind\u00fastria, com a nous professionals degudament formats. En aquest moment, hi ha a Espanya entre 60GW i 80GW autoritzats, pendents de construir en els pr\u00f2xims anys, la qual cosa suposaria connectar un 120% de la pot\u00e8ncia que hem instal\u00b7lat en els \u00faltims 20 anys.<\/p>\n<p>La veritat \u00e9s que aquesta transici\u00f3 ha anat acompanyada de la generaci\u00f3 de grans oportunitats de creixement en termes d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed, que l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Internacional de l&#8217;Energia (AIE)\u00a0en el seu informe\u00a0Energy\u00a0Technology\u00a0Perspectives\u00a02023, ha posat en relleu que les ocupacions relacionades amb la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;energies netes es duplicaran, passant de 6 milions, actualment, a gaireb\u00e9 14 milions en 2030. M\u00e9s concretament, Espanya generar\u00e0, amb els c\u00e0lculs de plans actuals, 350.000 ocupacions directes i al voltant de 118.000 ocupacions indirectes fins a 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat aquestes previsions i xifres que reflecteixen cert optimisme, la veritat \u00e9s que l&#8217;escassetat de perfils especialitzats per al sector de les energies renovables \u00e9s un altre dels colls d&#8217;ampolla que afronta el sector en aquest \u2018boom\u2019 renovable i que haurem de resoldre durant els pr\u00f2xims anys per a culminar aix\u00ed la transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica. No hi ha dubte que el context actual ens exigeix reimaginar la nostra relaci\u00f3 amb el talent per a poder assumir amb \u00e8xit el desplegament de tots els projectes renovables.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest moment, en el qual la demanda de perfils professionals es troba en plena expansi\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 se suma a l&#8217;equaci\u00f3 la profunda transformaci\u00f3 del sector sense precedents, impulsada per la implementaci\u00f3 de noves tecnologies o la creixent rellev\u00e0ncia dels criteris de sostenibilitat o els est\u00e0ndards de seguretat. Els reptes que es dibuixen en l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 per a la ind\u00fastria de l&#8217;energia renovable s\u00f3n maj\u00fasculs i demanden perfils cada vegada m\u00e9s especialitzats, transversals i interdisciplinaris, capa\u00e7os de navegar la complexitat d&#8217;un sector en auge i amb un potencial encara per explorar.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest escenari, les empreses del sector energ\u00e8tic, entre moltes altres ind\u00fastries, tamb\u00e9 estem adoptant noves f\u00f3rmules, com el treball en remot, perqu\u00e8 la geografia no sigui un obstacle m\u00e9s en aquest complex context i aix\u00ed poder comptar amb una major diversitat de perfils de talent amb una perspectiva m\u00e9s internacional. No obstant aix\u00f2, totes aquestes mesures encara resulten insuficients per a atendre la creixent demanda d&#8217;aquests perfils qualificats per al sector i els reptes que es plantegen en el futur.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 i, davant aquest escenari, ser\u00e0 clau formular una aposta del talent que ens permeti donar una resposta s\u00f2lida i solvent als objectius de descarbonitzaci\u00f3 mundials fixats per a 2030. I en aquesta nova relaci\u00f3 amb el talent, hi ha tres pilars que han de marcar el full de ruta: conscienciar sobre les energies renovables i el seu impacte social; promoure una formaci\u00f3 especialitzada orientada a la professionalitzaci\u00f3, i garantir el reciclatge d&#8217;habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies laborals.<\/p>\n<p>El context actual ens exigeix augmentar la conscienciaci\u00f3 en les generacions esdevenidores sobre les energies renovables, no sols per a promoure futur m\u00e9s sostenible sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per a atreure l&#8217;inter\u00e8s de nous perfils professionals cap a aquest sector emergent, que pot inspirar des de professionals el\u00e8ctrics, mec\u00e0nics, civils, electr\u00f2nics, administratius, etc., i enginyers o arquitectes, passant per advocats o cient\u00edfics fins a professionals de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit financer.<\/p>\n<p>La cadena de valor del sector \u00e9s tan \u00e0mplia que alberga qualsevol professional de qualsevol formaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com les noves espec\u00edfiques que s&#8217;estan creant per a cobrir les necessitats de les tecnologies innovadores que s&#8217;estan adherint al sector. Perqu\u00e8 aquesta acceleraci\u00f3 dels projectes renovables tamb\u00e9 implica promoure una formaci\u00f3 n\u00edtidament orientada a la professionalitzaci\u00f3 i a l&#8217;especialitzaci\u00f3, que permeti satisfer la creixent demanda d&#8217;habilitats en multitud d&#8217;\u00e0mbits com la sostenibilitat, la tecnologia, les finances o la gesti\u00f3 de projectes. La formaci\u00f3 especialitzada no sols ha de preparar als estudiants per a exercir-se efica\u00e7ment en rols espec\u00edfics dins de la ind\u00fastria de les energies netes, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 ha de brindar les habilitats t\u00e8cniques i\u00a0soft\u00a0skills, aix\u00ed coneixements necessaris per a abordar els desafiaments complexos associats amb la transici\u00f3 cap a un desplegament m\u00e9s eficient en termes econ\u00f2mics, energ\u00e8tics i sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 clau enfortir el vincle entre els diferents nivells d&#8217;estudis, com els centres de formaci\u00f3 professional, graus universitaris, i les necessitats del mercat laboral, incloent-hi l&#8217;actualitzaci\u00f3 constant de tem\u00e0tiques i compet\u00e8ncies rellevants. Per a aconseguir aix\u00f2, \u00e9s necessari establir una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 estreta entre els centres de formaci\u00f3 professional de grau mitj\u00e0 i superior, les universitats i les empreses del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s centres els que se sumen a reestructurar els plans de formaci\u00f3 que permetin als joves accedir a aquells que m\u00e9s s&#8217;ajusten a les seves necessitats futures. Aquests centres ofereixen plans de formaci\u00f3 dual de grau mitj\u00e0 i superior espec\u00edfics d&#8217;energies renovables, on es pot compartir la formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica i pr\u00e0ctica amb potencials sortides al mercat laboral, la qual cosa aporta valor al sector i accelera la transici\u00f3 del talent cap a la ind\u00fastria renovable. Addicionalment, es poden potenciar els projectes de recerca conjunts, la participaci\u00f3 de professionals de la ind\u00fastria com a docents convidats, aix\u00ed com el desenvolupament de plans d&#8217;estudis flexibles i de professionalitzaci\u00f3 especifica que s&#8217;ajustin al dinamisme i la particularitat de la ind\u00fastria de les energies renovables.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, el reciclatge de compet\u00e8ncies tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 crucial per a mantenir als professionals al dia amb les \u00faltimes innovacions i les demandes canviants del mercat. Aix\u00f2 pot implicar l&#8217;actualitzaci\u00f3 de coneixements t\u00e8cnics espec\u00edfics relacionats amb tecnologies m\u00e9s capdavanteres, com la hibridaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Com a ind\u00fastria, si volem calibrar b\u00e9 l&#8217;equilibri entre talent i la futura pot\u00e8ncia instal\u00b7lada, hem d&#8217;implicar a totes les generacions des de les organitzacions educatives, des de les m\u00e9s joves fins a les m\u00e9s s\u00e8nior perqu\u00e8 aquesta transici\u00f3 sigui del talent i per al talent; transversal.
